As the confetti settles and the new year dawns, we want to express our deepest gratitude. This past year has been filled with wagging tails, happy barks, and the unique joy that only our furry companions can bring. We extend a big, sloppy kiss of thanks to you and your pawsome pups for making 2024 puptastic! We've had a genuinely fetching time with your furry friends, from energetic daycare romps to tail-wagging training sessions where we witnessed incredible progress. We have loved those cozy boarding stays where we ensured your beloved pets felt right at home. We're joyfully reminiscing about all the precious memories we've created together!

As the new year 2025 begins, bringing fresh opportunities and adventures, we're reaching out to our loyal pack—our cherished clients—to inform you that we've been working tirelessly behind the scenes to enhance the security and comfort of our services for you and your pets. We've diligently researched the latest advancements and refined our processes to provide the best solutions for your peace of mind and your pet’s well-being.

To streamline our services and enhance your experience, we ask that all existing clients who do not yet have a portal for their pups create and utilize Gingr for all appointment requests. This will facilitate easier scheduling, quicker updates, and a more organized system for everyone. Don't be intimidated; it's easy! We've designed a user-friendly platform to simplify your experience. If you haven’t created a client portal yet, please do so using the link below. It's like giving your pup a direct line to their favorite place!

Once you have an account, please review your records thoroughly. Then, please update all veterinary records in the portal to reflect the most current information. Finally, please sign all

applicable client agreements for your selected needs.

Beginning March 1, 2025, please submit all boarding and training requests via the portal.
